We offer full design support, turning your brief into standout concepts developed by our experienced in-house design team. Our process starts with understanding your goals, then recommending the most impactful solution, from sublimation and screen printing to appliqués, soft-touch PVC badges, and premium holographic labels used by leading global brands such as Nike and Adidas.
Production, Ordering & Delivery
We produce the majority of our custom garments offshore through a trusted network of long-standing factory partners in China, many of whom we’ve worked with for decades, including family-run businesses spanning two generations. These established relationships ensure consistent quality, reliability, and competitive pricing. By storing raw materials at source, we’re able to reduce lead times by 30–40 days, allowing us to quickly replenish out-of-stock sizes, produce custom pieces, and deliver factory samples faster when timing matters most.
ONLINE CAPABILITY AND REPORTING
We provide a secure online ordering platform with unique logins for approved users, fully managed by us to ensure control and accuracy. Once logged in, users access customer-specific products, complete with images, technical details, available sizes, and pricing. Orders can be placed using saved delivery addresses with branch-specific instructions and processed daily or weekly, with weekly dispatches to reduce logistics costs.
